What actually changes when you upgrade
We only list features the product enforces today. Upgrading changes exactly two things:
No more badge. Free embeds show a small “Powered by LivePolls” badge. Pro and Business remove it.
Higher API limits. The REST API and agent/MCP tokens are available on every plan. Free allows 100 requests/day; paid plans allow 10,000 requests/day.

- Is LivePolls really free?
- Yes. Creating unlimited polls, sharing them, embedding them, and using the REST API and agent/MCP tokens are all free. Paid plans raise your API rate limit and remove the LivePolls badge from embeds.
- What do I get by upgrading?
- Two things, and we keep the list honest: Pro removes the "Powered by LivePolls" badge from your embedded polls and raises your API/MCP rate limit from 100 to 10,000 requests per day. Business adds priority email support on top.
- Do I need an account to make a poll?
- No. You can create a poll in about 30 seconds without signing up. Sign in to claim ownership, see analytics, and upgrade.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe and you can cancel anytime from your dashboard. You keep paid features until the end of the billing period.
