Terms of Service

Agreement
By using livepolls.com or the LivePolls embed widget (collectively, the “Service”) you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
Accounts
You may create polls without an account. A free account unlocks creator features (admin dashboard, lead capture, claim ownership of polls). You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to: harass, threaten, or defame others; infringe intellectual property rights; collect personal data without consent; spam, scrape, or run automated voting; or distribute malicious code. We may suspend or remove polls or accounts that violate these terms.
API and agent usage
You may use scoped API credentials, MCP clients, and connected apps to create polls, read results, manage webhooks, and cast API votes where you have been granted the relevant scope. You are responsible for securing credentials and for actions taken by agents connected to your account. ChatGPT tools do not cast votes. Automated voting intended to manipulate results, bypass limits, or misrepresent audience intent is prohibited.
Content
You retain ownership of polls and content you create. You grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, and serve that content as needed to operate the Service.
Paid plans
Pro plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel anytime through the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We don't refund partial months.
Embedding
You may embed LivePolls polls on any site you control. Free embeds display a “Powered by LivePolls” badge; Pro embeds remove it. You agree not to obscure or remove the badge on free embeds, including by overlaying it or wrapping it with code that hides it.
Termination
You can stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, with or without notice depending on severity.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, LivePolls is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via email to account holders. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
